Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Narikatha, every garment is a labor of love, handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Since our creations are made-to-order especially for you, we kindly request you to go through our policy before placing an order.

Cancellations

  • We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel, please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by writing to us at [insert email].

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as our artisans begin working on your piece right away.

Refunds

  • As each garment is made-to-order, we are unable to offer refunds once your order has been confirmed.

  • However, in the rare case that you receive:

    • A damaged or defective product, or

    • An incorrect item (different from what you ordered),
      we will be happy to assist you with a full refund.

Exchanges & Alterations

  • We do not offer direct exchanges since each piece is custom-made.

  • If you face a size concern, we’ll be glad to guide you on possible alterations (minor adjustments may be done at an additional cost).

Returns for Damaged/Incorrect Items

  • Should you ever need to return a product due to damage or error, please write to us at [insert email] within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with unboxing images/videos for verification.

  • The product should be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Once approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

Please Note

  • Slight variations in color, embroidery placement, or fabric texture are natural to handcrafted garments and add to their unique charm. These will not be treated as defects.

  • For international orders, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes (if applicable) will need to be borne by the customer.
