Return and exchange policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • At NARIKATHA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for ready-to-ship products.

  • Made-to-order garments cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • We will review the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or return.

Return & Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer support via email or phone with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  • Our team will verify your request and provide you with the return shipping instructions.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days after the return is approved.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, NARIKATHA will bear the return shipping costs.

  • For all other eligible returns, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified during a promotion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are made-to-order, personalized, or custom-designed (unless defective) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale or clearance items may also be excluded from returns, as specified on the product page.
