1. What sizes are available at NARIKATHA?
We offer sizes ranging from XS to XL. Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you choose the perfect fit. For made-to-order garments, please refer to the size guidelines provided during purchase.

2. How do I know if a product is ready-to-ship or made-to-order?
The nature of each product is clearly mentioned on its respective product page. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 working days, while made-to-order garments take 15–20 working days to craft.

3. Can I modify my order?
Once an order is confirmed, changes cannot be made for ready-to-ship items. For made-to-order garments, minor modifications may be possible if requested within 48 hours of placing the order and before the order has entered the production stage. Please contact our customer support immediately for assistance.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to follow your parcel and estimate its delivery date.

5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we deliver to select international locations. Delivery timelines and shipping charges vary depending on the destination. Customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. What should I do if my product is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will assist you with a replacement or return.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?
Ready-to-ship products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Made-to-order garments cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective. Please refer to our detailed Return & Exchange Policy for more information.

8. Are there any non-returnable items?
Made-to-order garments (unless defective) and certain sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. How are products packaged?
At NARIKATHA, we take utmost care to ensure your garment reaches you in perfect condition. Each item is first covered with butter paper and sealed with a branded sticker, then placed in a branded corrugated box. For added protection during transit, the box is packed in a durable shipping bag.

For larger garments, such as those with can-can or voluminous designs, packaging is customized according to the size and weight of the garment to ensure it remains safe and maintains its shape during delivery.
